If you are going to have more than one device at an event, I strongly everyone to create their own wifi network. This will allow you to have better control over your own devices. I use a travel router that will allow me to connect my devices AND connect to a venue wifi or my hotspot cellular connection. This router will share whatever wifi internet connection it is connected to, to all of your devices.
